the challenge
easyJet required the accurate reproduction of its iconic orange branding across two full-size airport trams. The project demanded complete brand consistency and high visual impact across large, complex vehicle surfaces, while working within tight operational timeframes.
All work needed to be completed within strict installation windows, ensuring both trams could return to service without disruption to daily airport operations.
the process
SITE ASSESSMENT & PLANNING:
Initial consultation with easyJet established brand guidelines, wrap coverage requirements, and design objectives. A detailed site survey was conducted to capture tram dimensions, surface contours, and installation constraints.
DESIGN & APPROVAL:
Layout proposals were developed to maximise brand visibility across the tram structure while working within architectural limitations. Final artwork was approved in line with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all surfaces.
PRODUCTION:
Graphics were digitally printed using high-performance materials, selected for durability, colour accuracy, and resistance to daily operational wear within an airport environment.
INSTALLATION & EXECUTION:
Installation was carried out in coordinated three-day blocks per tram. Precision-cut graphics and professional application techniques ensured full coverage, accurate alignment, and a seamless finish—all delivered within strict operational deadlines.

the end product
Both trams were completed on schedule and returned to service with fully wrapped, high-impact branded graphics. The installation achieved strong visual presence across the airport environment while maintaining easyJet’s strict brand standards. The graphics continue to perform under daily operational conditions, demonstrating durability and consistency in a high-traffic transport setting. This project highlights the successful delivery of large-scale transport branding within complex logistical and time-sensitive constraints.
